The training and examinations of the American Institute of Personnel Management is done six times in a year.

1^st Quarter

Training Duration: 2^nd Week of January to 3^rd Week of February Examination: Last Week of February.

2^nd Quarter

Training Duration: 1^st Week of March to 3^rd Week of April
Examination: Last Week of April.

3^rd Quarter

Training Duration: 1^st Week of May to 3^rd Week of June
Examination: Last Week of June.

4^th Quarter

Training Duration: 1^st Week of July to 3^rd Week of August
Examination: Last Week of August.

5^th Quarter

Training Duration: 1^st Week of September to 3^rd Week of October
Examination: Last Week of October.

6^th Quarter

Training Duration: 1^st Week of November to 2^nd Week of December
Examination: 3^rd Week of December.

The American Institute of Personnel Management programs can be study anywhere you are.

AIPM programs are done either by self-study or instructor support study or affiliate center. You can select the study mode that suits your schedule.

Six courses are written at each stage on a quarter but you can choose to write three courses on a quarter. You can complete six courses on a quarter. 50% is the pass mark on a course.

NOTE:

1. High School/Secondary School qualifications will need to pass through the Foundation Level to Intermediate Level to Professional Level to be qualified as Associate Chartered Certified Personnel Management Professional, ACCPMP.

2. Associate of Science /Associate of Art/Diploma or its equivalent will need to pass through the Intermediate Level to Professional Level to be qualified as Associate Chartered Certified Personnel Management Professional, ACCPMP.

3. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent will enroll for the final level which is the Professional Level to be qualified as Associate Chartered Certified Personnel Management Professional, ACCPMP.
